Instructions

  • Brown your beef with your onion in your 6-quart instant pot.

  • Add your tomatoes (juice and all) and the rest of your ingredients, except your cooked rice.

  • Seal and cook on manual high pressure (with keep warm turned off) for 10 minutes.

  • Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release.

  • Stir in your cooked rice and serve.
